Yes.  Stoves, washers, dryers, refrigerators, water heaters, dish washers and air conditioners are considered "white goods."  Residents may call the Sanitation Department at 441-6080 or 441-6082 or make a "White goods pickup request" through Alexandria Connects. You must give the name, address and phone number of the person making the request. These objects are to be placed curbside in front of your residence. White goods will be picked up every 3rd Wednesday of each month. If white goods are not separated from limbs and other debris, they will be left on the curbside.
